RUBBELLA takes great care when registering and processing orders. Delivery is always made in accordance with the delivery method chosen by you and the address provided.

RUBBELLA strives to process orders as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. We aim to deliver within 24 hours to 5 working days after confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Although we strive to deliver within the specified time, delays may occur due to unexpected events.

Rubbella minimizes waste. Here we do Recycling! A received envelope can be used for a second time. The packaging material of latex rolls or shoe boxes is also used as shipping material. Shame to throw away! If you have to return something, use recycled material for this, so you think about a better environment together with Rubbella.

Of course, all items are shipped discreetly!

Before you place an order, you will be informed about the expected delivery time.
If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing an order, containing the expected delivery time.
Nowadays, all orders are shipped insured with Rubbella. Don’t worry, you don’t pay anything extra for this, but you can be sure that your investment will not be lost! You are, however, required to provide the correct email address with your order, so that you can track your package properly and you know when you have received it. can expect or collect.

Shipping costs will be charged again for returned packages + € 3.50 in administration costs, after receipt of this payment your order will be sent again. So check your spam as soon as you have placed an order. Usually packages are shipped the same or the next day.
