The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) at RUBBELLA, Chamber of Commerce: 59547367, hereinafter referred to as “RUBBELLA”, “us” or “we”, via the RUBBELLA website, the mobile website or a mobile device, by telephone or physically by Rubbella (collectively referred to as Rubbella.nl). By using rubbella.nl and / or by placing an order, you accept that you are bound by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). Make sure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place your order. Only persons of 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, with a valid home address, can place an order. The fact that products or services are offered on rubbella.nl at any time does not guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time. We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without notice. The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to your order is the version that can be found on rubbella.nl at the time of placing your order.
2. Prices and delivery costs
The prices stated on rubbella.nl include the legal VAT, but excluding the shipping costs. If the VAT rate that applies on the order date is changed after the order has been placed, this change will be charged in the price of the articles without you receiving further notification. The shipping costs are virtually the same for all orders, regardless of the size and weight of your order. If you spend an amount in excess of €250,- Rubbella will cover the costs of shipping in the Netherlands. The costs for each shipping option are clearly stated during the ordering process. Our standard shipping costs are € 6.50. If we are unable to fully deliver your order and deliver the order in multiple shipments, no extra shipping costs will be charged for the subsequent deliveries.
3. Order / contract closing
You can order via rubbella.nl, telephone or personally at Rubbella on location. For more information, go to our contact page. If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing an order. If we can not deliver your order unexpectedly, we will let you know as soon as possible. If the order has already been paid, we will try to refund the payment via the payment method you use. If the reimbursement has to be done in another way, rubbella will contact you to arrange this. An order must be at least € 7.50 (after deduction of discounts).
RUBBELLA is extremely careful in the registration and processing of orders.
We always deliver in accordance with the delivery method chosen by you and at the specified address.
Your first order will always be delivered to that address. RUBBELLA strives to handle orders as quickly as possible and in order of arrival. We strive to deliver within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Although we strive to deliver within the set deadline, delays may occur due to unexpected events. Before you place an order, you will be informed about the expected delivery time. If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirmation after placing an order, with the expected delivery date. If your order does not arrive on the planned date, please contact RUBBELLA on +31 (0) 6 23666 580 or via email email@example.com. For packages that can not be delivered after several attempts, or that are not collected, RUBBELLA reserves the right to charge € 15, – on our costs.
5. Revoking an order
It is possible to cancel or return an order from the date on which you placed the order up to 7 days after receipt of the ordered items. With the exception of the made-to-measure articles. If you return the entire order and have already paid for it, you will receive the standard amount excluding the shipping costs. If you want to keep certain items and only want to cancel part of the order, the shipping costs for returning the part order are not refunded. In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs to be incurred will be charged to the buyer.
A different payment method can be used for the refund if you prefer. This will not entail any additional costs. If a received item is defective, notify RUBBELLA immediately and return the item as set out in paragraph 6 (Return shipments). All products that are declared as defective are fully reimbursed by RUBBELLA. The provisions in these conditions do not limit any statutory rights.
6. Return shipments
RUBBELLA guarantees compensation, or if necessary replacement, of returned items pursuant to paragraph 5 (Revocation of an order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were in upon receipt. This means that the articles must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn (other than fitting the article) and that labels or price tags have not been removed. 7. Payment methods
You can pay for your items in several ways indicated below.
iDEAL works directly with ten large banks in the Netherlands: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers. After you have chosen iDEAL as payment method your own bank is selected. The actual payment then takes place in the familiar environment of the bank’s website. In this environment, the bank guarantees safety. Buyer and seller are guaranteed a transparent transaction, without hidden costs.
A transfer is the most standard way of paying. Anyone with access to internet banking has the opportunity to pay in this way. You can pay Rubbella through your own trusted banking environment.
Credit card is virtually the best known method for making payments with global coverage. Because we support the well-known brands Mastercard and Visa, this immediately creates trust.
Mister Cash uses a physical card that is linked to credit on a Belgian bank account. The card can be used both online and offline to pay. Payments via Mister Cash are guaranteed and therefore strongly resemble iDEAL in the Netherlands. With more than 1 billion payments per year, Mister Cash is by far the most popular method of payment in Belgium.
In a few clicks you can make payments via a bank transfer, credit card or the PayPals balance. The only thing you need to pay at Rubbella is an email address. The people you transfer money to do not see your bank or credit card details. And because your data is stored securely, you do not need to enter it online or publicly.
When you choose as a customer to pay via SOFORT Banking, you will be redirected to the online banking environment of SOFORT Banking. Here you choose the country of origin and your bank. You log in with your data that you also use for your own online banking environment and you will see an overview of your account. Then you choose from which account you want to pay the payment. When the payment is confirmed, you will be sent back to the website. Rubbella receives immediate feedback about the status of the payment.
With a payment via the Belfius Pay Button you can pay via internet banking or the smartphone app. Upon payment via the app, a QR code is scanned, with which the payment details are entered directly and the transaction only needs to be sent. Via Belfius Direct Net you use a card reader to confirm the payments. When the payment is confirmed, the order can be processed immediately because payment is guaranteed.

8. Our liability
These Terms and Conditions do not limit or exclude RUBBELLA’s liability for matters that we are unable to limit or exclude by virtue of the law. In the event of violation of these Terms and Conditions, we are solely liable for losses that can reasonably be foreseen as a result of such a violation. RUBBELLA is not responsible for indirect losses that are an additional effect of the original loss or original damage, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity, or non-delivery of goods or failure to comply with any other obligation under these Terms. if such failure is the result of events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, storm, uprising, political unrest, war, nuclear accidents and terrorist activities. Our total liability to you for losses or damages arising from this Agreement is limited to the total amount of your order.
We do everything reasonably possible to reflect the characteristics of our products, including composition and colors, as accurately as possible. The color you see depends on your computer system, and we can not guarantee that your computer displays these colors correctly.
If the goods you have purchased are defective, RUBBELLA will fully comply with the statutory warranty regulations. If you have a complaint due to obvious material or manufacturing defects regarding goods delivered by us, including transport damage, you can inform us by returning the goods after consultation.
RUBBELLA reserves the right to transfer or place any claims for payment (including any payment terms) in connection with the delivery of goods to or with a third party.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or void by a court or legislator, the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.
13. Property rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights to RUBBELLA.NL are vested in RUBBELLA. Any use of RUBBELLA.NL or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited without prior written permission from RUBBELLA.
